Kevin Dong

Attorney

Kevin Dong is an attorney focused in corporate and transactional law, focusing primarily on entertainment and technology clients. His practice has a particularly strong emphasis on video games, content creators, anime, esports, and digital media. Kevin has also authored and published articles covering various topics such as virtual property, loot boxes, and user-generated content.

It should come as no surprise that Kevin chose to center his practice in these particular areas. Early on, his parents, both avid Age of Empires players, exposed him to a constant stream of Chinese cartoons, Japanese anime, and video games. Growing up, Kevin found Asian-American representation through content creators on YouTube and professional esport players. As a result, his personal connections to the arts, entertainment, games and AAPI heritage are inextricably intertwined with his legal practice.

Kevin does occasionally do things outside of gaming, anime, and esports. In his spare time, he loves to hike, is a pretty decent cook, and works on his novel.
