GameDaily.biz recently covered the class action lawsuit being brought against Nintendo for allegedly faulty Joy-Con controllers.
Here is an excerpt:
I think social media has amplified this to be larger than it actually is,” Brandon J Huffman, attorney with Odin Law and Media told GameDaily. “If 100 people total had this problem, and all posted about it and posted video, it does not mean, necessarily, that they are representative of millions more with the same issue. Time will tell if that hypothesis is correct.”

GameDaily.biz then did a follow-up on Nintendo fixing Joy-Cons.
Here is an excerpt:
If the class can still show a defect and damages, then the fix being provided now, after the fact, should not affect the claim,” Odin Law and Media founder Brandon Huffman told GameDaily via email. “If there was a good case before (which I can’t know, but have my doubts about), there will still be now. What it could do, though, is stem the class from growing.”
