Ryan Fairchild Quoted on Esports Classification Concerns

Law360 recently wrote about the concerns with esports classifications, particularly with independent contractor classification issues.

or too much money to take action, said players’ attorney Ryan Fairchild, of counsel at Odin Law and
Media.

“I think players are intimidated by trying to go after teams, and then you have players who are very well
compensated, where the amount to gain would be negligible,” Fairchild said.
