Stephanie Fields, Attorney
Stephanie’s practice focuses on startups and small businesses, from formation to exit events and everything in between. As a former grant reviewer at NC IDEA and a former advisor at the Small Business Center of North Carolina, she’s passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business owners succeed – particularly minorities and women who have been historically underrepresented in the startup space.
Stephanie began working with entrepreneurs and small businesses as a corporate paralegal. Then, after recognizing her passion for the field, she decided to go to law school to assist the same clients as an attorney.
As a lifelong learner and recreational gamer, she loves being challenged and finding the best solution for her clients. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve professional and personal success.
