Ted Harper, Of Counsel

Prior to joining Odin Law and Media as Of Counsel, Ted founded and ran his firm, Triangle Legal Solutions for almost two decades, was a partner in the Raleigh office of the law firm Kilpatrick Stockton, associate general counsel at a technology company leading up to its IPO, chief operating officer of a technology company and a partner in an international and transactional law firm in both the Los Angeles and Singapore offices. He has been a senior vice president of a business consulting company, president of a non-profit, a member of the board of directors of a government R&D contractor, and a college instructor in astronomy. He has served on the board of NCEITA (which became the North Carolina Technology Association) and on the advisory board of the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED). He is a named inventor on two telecommunications patents.

Ted’s clients include companies in the software, information technology, semiconductor, and healthcare industries, and have ranged from start-ups to technology divisions of Fortune 500 companies. His practice involves strategy, technology transactions, corporate and transactional matters and supervising other specialists in providing client service.

Michele K. Robichaux, Attorney

Michele has been guiding creators, entrepreneurs and businesses since 2005. She focuses on the legal issues that affect creators of all kinds.

With a background as a “Big Law” associate, in-house counsel for US and European social media and entertainment companies and as legal and business advisor to clients in both the US and Europe, she brings not only skill and know-how but also diverse experience and perspective to her practice at Odin Law.

A creative person at heart, she has always been interested in the laws that relate to creative endeavors and with crafting legal strategies that support, safeguard and strengthen creative projects and businesses. She loves learning, and working in emerging industries that are growing and changing daily allows her to constantly discover new things. The legal frameworks that touch these areas are changing with them, and she enjoys getting to be in the thick of it.
