Ryan Fairchild, Attorney

Ryan’s practice focuses on video game developers and content creators. His passion for video games derives from being a lifelong gamer, and he understands the cultures and dynamics of the gaming and entertainment industries and communities. He also thinks deeply about the legal, economic and structural issues facing devs and creatives and uses that knowledge in his work.

His top three favorite video games are Breath of the Wild, Fallout: New Vegas and Celeste. His first video game related job was working at Sunnyvale Golfland where he competed regularly in Tekken Tag Tournament and had top track times in Rush 2049.

Ryan is once again working closely with clients across video games and the wider digital entertainment industry. We’re excited to have him back and appreciate the depth of experience and perspective he brings to work.
